equatorIn a move that has rocked the cricket world, the CEO of New Zealand Cricket Justin Vaughan has announced that, effectively immediately, the New Zealand cricket team will cease to tour the Sub-Continent for test matches.
“We have to look after the well being of our players. After each test tour our players come back severely depressed, lacking confidence and needing sustenance. We love the culture there, we just think for the development of New Zealand cricket we would be better off not travelling there indefinitely”.
The decision has already caused a stir in the international community.
Sunil Gavaskar was furious at the decision, “New Zealand is the smallest haemorrhoid on the anus of the cricket community, if they do not want to come here, we do not want them to come here.”
Mark Richardson has backed the decision; speaking on behalf of the silent majority of Kiwi mouth breathers he said, “Fuck em. Chuckers. Spinners. Match fixers. Dusty wickets. Shit phone reception. And Jesse has lost so much weight he is dying here. We don’t need that shit”.
If other countries follow this lead cricket may well be in trouble. England wont travel to Australia, Australia won’t travel to England, and the Windies will never ever leave home again.
New Zealand are currently touring Sri Lanka, although that term can only be used loosely. There is even a rumour that they have already left this tour.
That rumour is unfounded but does have circumstantial evidence.

That said why they did not play bond?. He is best fast bowler not only in newzeland , in the world.
Wonder why?. May be they want to play o’brien. Newzealnd players are good people but lacks skill and temperament.
I think srilanka tour will affect their psyche and start to think they are not good enough to compete.

latest news is NZ is no longer going to tour Aus or Eng as well as the subie. After recent scares, bangladesh is included in that.
NZ won’t go to zimb for political reasons.
That leaves West Indies. They don’t mind playing the second string WI side either. Any side with a (batting) captain with a test average of 9.25 is OK with the kiwis.
