Not really sure what that all means, but it does seem like a good idea.
They are basically asking for answers from their government, and want to apoligise to the Sri Lankans.
Seems like a good idea to me.

Pak ISI wanted to make it look like pakistan was victim of terrorism and blame india. No one believe pakistan. Pakistan is terrorist nest. It is not about india – pak. World needs to wake up and arrest all pakistani’s and even indian muslims and deport them. I do not trust muslims. If you have no muslim population , you probably safe. if u have muslim population just deport them now itself. They expand like pigs. That is one other way of expanding islam.
